Availability and Rates

• Early season (27th November - 18th December) £400/week.
• Christmas/New Year (19th December - 1st January) £600/week,
• Low season (2nd - 21st January), £400/week.
• Peak season (22nd January - 11th February) £500/week.
• Half-term weeks (12th to 26th February), £600/week.
• Peak season (27th February to 26th March) £500/week. 
• Late season (27th March - 30th April) £400/week.

Prices include being met and greeted by Tory Wilson, who will show you to the apartment, hand over the keys and show you how everything works and where it all is, plus cleaning on departure.

Bed linen is available for €10 per person, and is payable to Tory on arrival. Linen is optional, as you may wish to bring your own. Please let me know your requirements, so I can arrange for Tory to meet you on your arrival, and ensure the right number of beds are made up for you.

There is also a €350 security deposit (again payable locally, through Tory's remote handset), which will not be deducted from your credit card unless damage/breakages warrant it, and only then in consultation with you.

Fingers crossed, but we've never actually needed to do this...

I generally aim to have Saturday or Sunday as the changeover day, but I'll do my best to accommodate you if you want to take a part-week or arrive/depart on alternative days. It's first come-first served, so if for example you wanted to go Thursday to Thursday or any combination of days (generally a good way of getting the cheapest flights!), get your request in early and I'll arrange it for you. There aren't many owners who'll do this! Also, I'll give you any help or advice you need to make things as easy as possible, so feel free to ask anything you like regarding travel, the resort, etc.
