Availability and Rates

Winter 2008-9:

• Early season (29th November - 19th December) £300/week.
• Christmas/New Year (20th December - 3rd January) £500/week, or divide accordingly for shorter stays.
• Low season (3rd - 23rd January), £300/week.
• Peak season (24th January - 6th February) £400/week.
• Half-term weeks (7th to 27th February), £500/week.
• Peak season (28th February to 27th March) £400/week. 
• Late season (28th March - 25th April) £300/week.

Please note there is a locally-payable charge of €45 to Tory Wilson for cleaning, plus a further optional €45 for meeting and greeting, getting you the keys, showing you the workings of the building, etc., should you need this service. Bed linen is available for €10 per person. Linen is also optional, as you may wish to bring your own, but the cleaning isn't! Please let me know your requirements, so I can arrange for Tory to meet you on your arrival.

There is also a €350 security deposit (again payable locally through Tory's remote handset), which will not be deducted from your credit card unless damage/breakages warrant it, and only then in consultation with you.

• Saturday 28th February - Saturday 7th March 2009 (Jon).
• Saturday 4 - Sunday 12 April 2009 (Ian).
• Sunday 12 - Thursday 16 April 2009 (Richard N).

Other than these dates, take your pick!

We generally aim to have Saturday or Sunday as the changeover day, but we will do our best to accommodate you if you want to take a part-week or arrive/depart on alternative days. It's first come-first served, so if for example you wanted to go Thursday to Thursday or any combination of days (generally a good way of getting the cheapest flights!), get your request in early and we'll arrange it for you. There aren't many owners who'll do this! Also, we'll give you any help or advice you need to make things as easy as possible, so feel free to ask anything you like regarding travel, the resort, etc.
